Anthony’s career began in the mid-2000’s with TBWA, one of the most creative advertising agencies on the planet. It was here that he discovered something powerful: it’s ideas that connect people and business.
After a successful stint leading the digital strategies for some of the World’s most preeminent brands, Anthony’s entrepreneurial spirit came calling. By 2011 Anthony was a Founding Partner of Dx3 where he lead all facets of growth, content, and overall operational management. Featured in publications like TechCrunch, Fast Company, The Next Web, and many others, Dx3 is the largest Canadian event looking at the intersection of technology and the marketing & retail industries. Anthony has spent hundreds of hours engaging with the globe’s leading F500 Executives on how they approach their digital and product challenges. These conversations have shaped his belief that as much as the current culture celebrates start-up success, the “Intrapreneurial” Corporate Leader deserves the prime stage too – and this is exactly what Anthony strives to accomplish at Intersect.
South African by birth, Anthony settled in Toronto in the early 2000’s and considers himself to be one of the most vocal Toronto advocates he’s ever met. Anthony sits on the Board of Directors for SKETCH, a local Toronto charity that empowers homeless youth through access to educational and employment opportunities within the cultural and arts industries. An avid reader, morning exerciser, and proud new dad to a beautiful baby girl, Anthony strives to live every day with gratitude, humility, and curiosity.
