John is the Director of Strategy & Analytics at INTERSECT and a dedicated business professional focussed on helping clients with product strategy and user acquisition. He is passionate about interpreting data to better understand a user’s needs and intent. His belief is that data is better than hunches, and actions speak louder than survey results. John has helped clients such as C Spire Wireless, Indigo, TD Bank, RBC and American Express realize opportunities to better serve their customers.
Prior to INTERSECT, John worked in a Product role at Jugnoo, a Toronto Social CRM company. There, he was a conduit between investors, clients, and the product development team. He also played a valuable role in their Series A raise.
When not helping clients, John mentors technology start-ups at McMaster’s Xerox Center for Engineering Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce from Queen’s University. In his free time, you can find him golfing, playing NHL 95, or cheering on his beloved Montreal Canadiens.
