Keely leads INTERSECT’s Operations team and brings with her over 10 years of experience. With a focus on security, process creation and standardization, and overall office management, she and her team are also responsible for managing operational software, ensuring adoption of new practices, proactively identifying challenges or risks, and creating actionable recommendations on how to improve the business. As a strategic partner to colleagues and clients, Keely maintains a close eye on the overall health of the company.
Having been a team member at INTERSECT for over 5 years, Keely is very passionate about the company’s culture and the importance thereof. What is good for the company and its people is always at the forefront of Keely’s considerations and decision making process. She is a very active member of the Rodeo Clowns (INTERSECT’s social committee) and is proud to organize and assist in initiatives that support multiple charities as well as bolster the culture of INTERSECT.
Keely has an HBA in Philosophy from The University of Toronto, a Certificate in Business Analysis (University of Toronto), and a Certificate in Account Management (Centennial College). In her spare time Keely enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, crossword puzzles and trivia games, and improving her culinary skills.
