Rob is the Director of User Experience at INTERSECT, responsible for championing the best possible user experience at every point of product development while ensuring client objectives are met. As an early adopter in the UX field, Rob has counseled brands including Fiat Chrysler Automotive, TD Bank, First Niagara, LCBO, Loblaws, and Cuba (yes, the country).
Self-proclaimed as a UX junkie, Rob is always thinking about the user experience – from a complex e-commerce site to an armrest on a cramped airplane seat. Rob is curious about how people think and process information. He believes unravelling the human mind is the gateway to building deep and satisfying brand experiences. From conceptualizing, strategy and user insights, he focuses on the big picture and product scalability.
When Rob isn’t behind the glow of a monitor you’ll find him out on the slopes with the Track 3 Ski Association teaching children with disabilities to downhill ski. When the warmer weather hits you’ll find him on the open water of Georgian Bay enjoying his favourite craft beer.
