Stewart is the Principal, Operational Excellence at Intersect. His purpose is to facilitate collaborative and effective relationships between CoreLogic, Symbility, and Intersect so that, together, we can deliver valuable experiences to the market. More tactically, Stewart educates our customers on best practices for digital product development, customer experience, and strategic planning, while educating us on client needs and 2020 plans. In this role, Stewart looks for opportunities to enhance our working relationships to achieve the above purpose.
Prior to Intersect, Stewart has held leadership roles in the financial, consulting, and charitable spaces, and has consulted with telco, technology, and retail organizations. He has worked in Europe, the Middle East, and both West and East Asia.
Stewart holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a BA in Industrial Psychology, and is presently upgrading his skills in purpose activation, customer experience, and the (associated) role of emerging tools such as artificial intelligence and behavioural economics/ neuroscience. He is passionate about behavioural change that drives engagement and returns.
Stewart lives in Toronto, where he spends time trying to be the best dad, husband, and friend that he can, while playing squash, biking, climbing, and enjoying any wine that has ‘personality’.
