Please join us in welcoming Farzana Nasser to BNOTIONS as our VP of Product Success! Farzana is passionate about leveraging technology to create and develop great products that delight consumers. Her background consists of leading the strategic direction for global brands by conducting in-depth market analysis to develop brand positioning and unparalleled in-market execution utilizing digital media.

Her role at BNOTIONS is to ensure the success of all the products we build. This includes delivering innovative product strategy and results-driven go-to-market execution plans leveraging owned, earned and paid media to drive consumer acquisition. She is leading our media team, using analytics and intelligent targeting to drive the right consumers to our products in the most efficient way.

Farzana brings with her over 7 years of both client-side and agency-side experience. As Brand Manager at General Mills, she managed global brands including Betty Crocker, Oatmeal Crisp & Cheerios New Product Innovation. She then went on to develop mobile, social and digital strategies for an impressive list of global brands, including Mercedes-Benz, Citibank, T. Rowe Price, Kraft Foods, Unilever and Ford Motor Company at Razorfish, a digital agency that transforms businesses at the convergence of creativity, technology and media.

She most recently worked as the head of product at Host Committee (a venture-funded Internet startup pioneering a collective-buying experience for the nightlife world), leading the development and optimization of the online platform. In April 2012, Farzana was presented with the Integrated Marketing Award by New York University for achieving the highest GPA in the graduating class of her Masters program in Digital Marketing.

As a marketer and product innovation expert, Farzana knows that building a great product is only half the battle; growth hacking requires a targeted, performance-driven marketing plan focused on rapid and efficient product acceleration.

Over the past few months, BNOTIONS has been quietly growing our media business, or as we call it, “Launch Success.” This team is focused on the PR strategy, as well as media planning and ad buying in support of our clients’ application launches. During this time, we have seen Facebook ads deliver some impressive results, specifically around mobile application installs. Using application behavioral data combined with custom (look-a-like) audiences has enabled BNOTIONS to create extremely powerful and well targeted campaigns on Facebook.
